My BFF was in town for a week, and in addition to the usual merrymaking and carrying on, there was her 90th birthday party and a family cookout that I helped to cater and clean up after.
If anyone is looking for me over the next couple of days, I can be found napping with my cat in the sunroom. Being nice to people in large groups really takes it out of a cantankerous old maid.
